I am an ex professional footballer and have been a personal trainer for 6 years now whilst still playing semi-professional football. I am also studying a Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Sports Science as I have a vast interest in biomechanics and sports performance.

I know what its like to train at the highest levels, but also from scratch. My football career has seen me overcome some significant injuries that have taken me right back to the start of my own fitness journey after being told I may not be able to play again.. but that was one of three serious injuries and here I am still going strong!

I believe fitness isn't just about image, its about feeling healthier physically and mentally.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to have a little scroll and read over my bio. I have been a personal trainer now for around 3 years. I took up personal training full time after completing my degree in Sport, Physical Activity & Health at Leeds Beckett 2 years ago. I believe every trainer is unique and my personal strengths are teaching you all the knowledge you need to know about how to move your body in the most effective way, something I wish I had known from the start. My method is to build a healthy relationship with exercise whilst creating a passion and desire to move your body and find your intrinsic motivation. I aim to strengthen you physically and mentally. I have coached classes for 3 years whilst also being online for a year and catering for all abilities. I have seen a huge success from my clients even whilst we have been apart, I am here for my clients 24/7.
