WILL WE BE EXERCISING IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS? WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S TORRENTIAL RAIN?
In extreme circumstances, classes may be postponed but they will be rolled over to the next week so you never miss out completely on a session. You may be confident in getting down and dirty, but if the weather isn't your cup of tea for that week, you can cancel your class up to 24 hours before the session.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL THE SESSIONS INCLUDE?
We encourage members to bring their own mat, but we will be supplying various forms of equipment and of varying weight so all abilities can be catered for. This includes:
- Slam Balls
- Battle Ropes
- Resistance Bands
- Aerobic Steps
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE SESSIONS? IM A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT COMING TO THE SESSIONS.
I would like to think Jordan and myself are welcoming and warm trainers and so are our members. We are sure you will recognise some faces when coming along to the sessions and from the minute you start you'll be having a laugh with your peers. We aim to offer alternatives to all exercises to either tone down the intensity for you or your individual injury history.
